These terms apply to the optional Zenergy Projects text messaging program. Our business messaging number is 435-393-0090.

1. Message types and purpose

By opting in, you agree to receive conversational and informational text messages from Zenergy Projects about service inquiries, requested estimates, appointment scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival updates, rescheduling, and customer support.

You may opt in by entering your mobile number and selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our contact form. The checkbox is unchecked by default. You can leave it unchecked and still submit your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Provide a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use. Contact us by phone or email if your number changes or you need help updating your messaging preferences.

3. Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. The number of messages depends on your conversations, inquiries, and scheduled services. Your wireless provider may charge for messages sent and received. Contact your provider with questions about your messaging or data plan.

4. Opt out at any time

Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message from us to opt out of SMS messages at any time. You will receive a confirmation of your unsubscribe request, after which we will stop sending messages to that number unless you provide new consent and messaging is reactivated.

If you opted out and want to receive texts again, contact us by phone or email for instructions to provide fresh consent and reactivate messaging.

6. Message delivery

Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
